 |
ROBERT A. BUSH joined the firm in 1975 and has been representing public and private sector labor unions for over 20 years in numerous sectors, including the entertainment industry, the aerospace industry, the service sector, and the public sector. He is also counsel for a number of major multi-employer pension and health plans. He has represented most of the unions in the dominant industries in Southern California over the last twenty years representing most of the unions in the aerospace industry in the 1990s and representing the major entertainment unions over the past decade. In representing these clients, he has appeared before the federal and state courts of appeal on numerous occasions and has had extensive collective bargaining and arbitration experience.
Mr. Bush is active in the Southern California and national labor and legal community, having served as Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Symposium Committee and as the Chair of the Railway Labor Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Section. He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Mr. Bush has been an editor of two labor law books published by the American Bar Association, The Developing Labor Law and The Railway Labor Act. Mr. Bush was named to the select list of Southern California "Super Lawyers" in 2005 by Los Angeles Magazine.
